Hello Friends!  Check out today’s video to learn more about why training is such an important element of our microfinance lending success.  This week several of my colleagues are in Belize conducting a free two-day business training summit for 47 individuals that wish to start or grow their businesses.  My friends, all accomplished and successful business people or retried executives, donate their time and money to travel to Belize to perform this extremely valuable business training.  Our training program includes modules on sales and marketing, social media leveraging, finance, financial planning, and operations. At the conclusion of our training, we involve each business owner in the creation of their individual business plan with a one-on-one mentor.  And, of course, all of our programs include a significant spiritual / Bible Study component to help these new entrepreneurs run their businesses in a Christ-centered fashion.
